Relink Bitmaps v2.17 released

Hey all, it's been a minute! I fixed an issue that was affecting quite a few users and just wanted to make a post in case anyone else ran into this issue with Relink Bitmaps 2.16.

2.17 Changelog

* Fixed very long load times for some users.'
* Added cute squirrel picture
