  • Vertical Enmesh preset

I am struggling to understand why some of the new Chaos Cosmos Enmesh presets were created in vertical alignment with respect to the surface.

Is there an easy way to create a rectangular polygon strip from a spline in 3ds Max with the best UVs for Enmesh?
I have tried creating them in The Loft, but it is quite a pain.

    Hey,

Hmm..we'll see about making those easier to use. Thanks for raising a valid issue.

      Hi flat

Just to follow up on this - we've updated the affected enmesh patterns. They're now positioned parallel to the ground plane and should be a lot easier to use that what we had originally.

Improvements confirmed. It is easier to use.
The same style as before the improvement can be achieved by simply extruding the spline.
