VRayVRmatMtl Editor/Converter ?

Hi, we work with software integration vray skp > vray max.
And we need to send vray skp materials to 3d Max materials with more efience, so export to .vrmat from skp them import in 3dmax with vrayvrmatmtl is the best way.
but sometimes we need to edit this material and edit one by one is a waste of time
there are any way to edit this vrayvrmatmtl in 3d max or convert it to vraymtl to be edited already with textures?

if no... why ? this is a very important feature i see some plugins or scripts but that is so obvious.
