Image upload help please

Sorry if i sound like a novice, but i am. im trying to upload and image but can figure out how to do it. could some one give me some help here.

you are going to need some where to upload to and link the image in your message. there are a few different places that you can upload to. I cant remember them off hand but if you run a search you should be ble to find some links quite easy in here.
