Could someone please point me to a good beginner tutorial about how to map custom made materials more accurately in terms of creating materials (such as brick) that are accurate to real world sizes? Also, particularly one that might go through how UVW mapping works, its principles, and the relationship with the UVW modifier options? I can confuse myself to why and how the UWV modifier works with the UVW settings within the material editor. I did attempt to look through the chaos docs but I could find one that really starts at the beginning with the basics.
