ArchVision RPC content work with 3dsMax + Vantage?

it appears not to work in a render i'm trying out right now. I get bright pink shaded planes for people. But i saw an error that said "Cosmos RPC UpdateImporter error #14: failed to connect to all addresses"

LOL. we have a subscription at work and it's actually quite useful for 3d people. albeit there are a few glitches. no IPR rendering for example. one thing they are trying to do, is give me a plugin so i can access and override the material. this will allow me to use a vraybitmap for acescg workflow.

Yeah, it was huge in the early days. It worked well, but I am unsure how it'll hold up now. They can't be better than 3D scans since memory isn't as much of an issue.

It's odd that it is more expensive than the renderpeople they also offer on their website, which they also use to create rpc versions...I got bored looking at it so.... I guess they have their reasons....
