Changing glossiness in post

Hi, thanks for posting. You can change the amount of reflections in post by using VRayBackToBeauty and compositing but you can't change the actual glossiness parameter of a material. For instance with compositing you can increase the diffuse component and this could look like a less glossy surface.

You can also sometimes get away with slight blurring of the reflections and speculars in post using a Back to beauty type set up. But truly better adjusting in 3d, as it’s a fake, and generates its own issues, like around edges.
