My retoucher has some scripted tools in photoshop. he needs files named in a specific way.
particularly, having a . in the middle of the filename messes things up.
is there a way to change the way vray automatically names render elements?
on a related note, if i choose to save EXR, even doing a still image, it appends a 4 digit frame number to the end (.0000) if i choose png it does not do this. i find no way to change this behaviour.
edit: the diff in naming between the png and exr is probably due to the fact i saved the pngs manually from the vfb, and the exrs were saved from the "split channels" dialog.. in any case i dont want the .0000.. if im rendering an animation i want _0000.. dots in filenames are not ideal.
any suggestions?
