vrscene export and forestpack

right forum? who knows.

im trying to export a vrscene which includes a forestpack object.. i get nothing coming through. if i isolate the forestpack, select it, and choose "export selected" i get an instant export and an empty 20kb vrscene. what am i missing? i thought this was supposed to work now?

Maybe I'm misinterpreting but if not then all you need to do is intantiate the forest stuff, otherwise it just stays as reference to the gizmo.

i tried that, for some reason only about 20% of the plants came thru in the vrscene.. and i thought i remember that since ages, a forestpack object can be directly exported to vrscene? if not ill investigate further why the instancing isnt working

So yeah, it does work without instancing and with the full amount of geometry in my quick test, so maybe you have one of the 1000 parameters switched to limit the number exported...hard to say but hopefully it's a simple fix

you got it to work without instancing? does it work if you isolate the forest object and "export selected" in the vrscene dialogue?

Yes that works too.

Exporting selected forestpack works fine on my end, too. Mind if you send/attach the scene so we can troubleshoot?
