Can't purchase upgrade to 7

Hi, I'm not sure this is the right forum for this question or not. Probably not, but I don't know which one is most appropriate.
I'm trying to upgrade my perpetual version of vray from 6 to 7, and when I click on that I get this error message:

failed to upgrade subscription (WNUZ4HXQVU): failed to parse create order method response: unsuccessful request execution for "createOrder": 58560020: the payment method can not be external for this operation;

and fwiw, when I go to: https://support.chaos.com there appears to be something wrong with the webpage. It keeps trying to update information or something and then goes black.

I've tried to do both of these things on two different computers with the firefox browser.

Thank-you, but that is the webpage that doesn't work for me. Your link takes me to the support submission form that then blinks out to the home page. Fwiw, I did find a computer with Chrome where I can fill out the support request, which I've now done, but even that browser won't let me buy the software. But we can consider this case closed here in this forum.
