Black screen when I render

I am using 3ds Max 2025 and V-Ray 7 Hotfix 1. Suddenly, when I render, I get a black screen, and the materials are black in the material slot. In the Material Editor, V-Ray 7 Hotfix 1 is selected, and it doesn't seem to be a license issue. However, when I check my license status, it shows as available but not in use. When I open 3ds Max 2024 and use V-Ray, it works perfectly, and the Chaos License page recognizes that it is in use. Recently, I downloaded and reinstalled an earlier version of V-Ray 7, but the black screen issue persists. I also installed the Chaos License Server App (cgls_win_6.2.0) and updated the server.
