I was trying to cut some machine in half, and then apply the VRayToon effect on top of it. Then I realized that the toon effect is applied on the objects WITHOUT the clipper. So basically, the meshes are cut in half, but the toon outlines still hang in the air. How bizarre. Fortunately I still have 3dsMax native slicer and tySlicer from tyflow, which saved the day.
The other issue I found was, at the place where the clipper cut a hole, all the hole areas are covered with the outline color in the toon effect.
This is the ideal situation after I replaced vray clipper with tyslicer.

Also, when I enable/disable the clipper, the VRayCPU IPR doesn't reflect the change. I have to restart the IPR in order to see the result. But tySlicer works perfect.
