I will receive Max 8 this week. Will current VRay version 1.47.03 work?

The people who have tried it with the demo and the beta versions have said that using Vray in Max8 should be the same as in Max7.5 -

3ds 8 just in
My copy of 3ds 8 just walked through the door - how long should I wait to install - I'm gagging at the bit. I have to say the cover design is very strange indeed. Not what I expect from a 3D application it actually look a bit like a box you would find in the bathroom, a box of tissues, or eh feminine hygiene products. That being said anything would be better then the old creepy circus performer Maya packaging - that really freaked me out - hands up who hates mimes !!!
This is like buying a gun (you won't understand unless you live in Charlton Heston country) there should be a too week cooling off period before installation
