max8 and vray 1.5

We have received our copies of max8 and after testing them with the current version of vray found no problems.
The reason for this email is to ask whether there is any chance to find out some more definite dates for the release of 1.5.
We want to try and combine the two upgrades because the features of both of them will be invaluable for our next projects. it will also mean combining the downtime and testing.
I m sure that it will help a lot of people that are planning to upgrade, to know whether they can do both upgrades at the same time.
are we talking before christmas for 1.5 ?
I know that chaos guys are working hard and this isnt supposed to be a negative email.
I just need a rough indication that will help me with the precious time spent upgrading and testing.

The newer features in vray are still in a testing stage for the hunt for bugs. So until vray is running as smooth as silk, 1.5 will be a liitle while yet i guess ... I think chaos have found publishing dates is a bad idea to the fact if they miss a date then people start complaining..

Doubt you will get an answer. The last time Chaos said that they had a date for Vray 1.5 there was a post about 33 pages long because they missed the date they said they would have it ready. Email them and ask for a newer build if you want to test some of the new features, that would be my suggestion.
