DR- can't get it working

i thought it was about time i had DR working on my pc and notebook. i can get my notebook to appear in the server dialog box, and the ip address will resolve.

but the only buckets being processed are the client ones. there are no buckets being rendered by the server. it comes up 'render host' failed in vray messages. have turned off my zonealarm firewall on both pc's.

no idea why it's failing. any help mucho appreciated. if it makes any difference my notebook is xp-pro-sp1 and my pc xp-pro-sp2.

hi , when i have that message "render host failed " i shut down the pc were i have the vray license or just quit the viz aplication restart and voila it works again and again and again until the next problem , but normaly it works just fine DR rocks .

Have you shut off autoback? This is a known bug in DR.
