Am I doing something wrong here? In an exterior scene I cannot seem to get the glass to be very realistic.....it lacks reflection. In following previous advice, here are my glass settings on a vray material:
reflect - 161,161,161 (rgb), frensel on, IOR 2.0, max depth 20
refract - 202,216,214 (rgb) IOR 1.3, max depth 20, affect shadows on. Previously when using standard materials and either raytrace or flat mirror reflects, I would normally have the background environment reflected....but here....nothing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks.

the ior is set too high, i think.
delink it and set it to something between .3 and .6

set the max depth in the globals to 10. this should be enough.

I usually don't even bother using Fresnel reflections for exterior scenes... but when I do I use a Max Falloff map instead of the vray Fresnel option, as it gives a bit more control over the actual numerical values of the toward/away reflection variables... It may not be physically correct but it works well.
