this is a size of a bucket in pixels in render buffer window. Usually 64x64 works good. But when you render smaller frames lets say 320x286 some times its helps to set buckets to 48x48 if you have a dual cpu. Setting these buckets too small will cause renders to be long. For large frames I usually set buckets to be larger, for example if I was to bake a texture at 3000x3000 pixels buckets with 64x64 will take more time to travel over that area as buckets for 128x128 or 256x256. Do remember that larger buckets need more memory, so you have to find a happy medium.
