Hi DF02
Could be that your DR computers are not reading the IR(Irradiance) map on your workstation (if you are using a pre-rended Irradiance map), or they are not reading the maps(textures) you have on your workstation. You may have to copy the maps you have on your workstation to each DR computer's local hard drive.

I have the same issue ocassionally and have reposted my problems to the problems section. The computers are seeing the maps - it only happens on intermittent buckets...

Yes, your DR machines are probably not seeing your IR map. You can copy the IR map to each machine like redi said, or you can copy it to the network server and make sure the file is specified using its UNC path, rather than drive letter path.
Even UNC may not be necessary though if you are logged on each machine with the same user logon. In that case each machine should understand the drive letter path the same."Why can't I build a dirigible with my mind?"

Well in my case they do see the shared IRmap and it does have a UNC. However large render sizes show seemingly random discolored buckets nonetheless...

Dear All,
Thanks alot for the reply. After I looked closely to the rendered images, I realized, it's only only appear darker but also have missing map/irradiance on some buckets.
I am using the same version on both machines. I guess my problem could be because I am using local drive path. I'll give it a try to put all the map/irradiance on the same location on network. I'll let you know the come outs.
Thanks alot.

if all file-access and plugin and gamma and regional-settings related problems are fixed and its still happening its maybe a memory related bug.
i had a scene a few days ago where the darker buckets appeared only in high-res renderings. smaller testrenders of the same scene looked ok.
another thing about DR is that it seems to become less stable the more computers you use.
using two pcs it works in 4 of 5 times.
using 10 machines it works only half of the times.
i also learned never to cancel a rendering.
getting DR to work is a science, maybe wearing a lab-coat will help.Reflect, repent and reboot.
Order shall return.

are you using the 1.47.18 version some people got? if not then i guess your DR problems are to be expected. the new builds have DR down to an artform the old builds were not too stable
