  • Units again - This time refraction fog

I seen that there are a discussion about lights and units recently,
however I would like to know how these units relates to the fog multiplier in the vray material.

If one unit internally in vray is one meter, how does this relate to fog multiplier of 1?.

Does this mean that you will get a 100% fog color in 1 meter depth?

maybe there can be a line of code added that checks for max units and does an automatic conversion so that 1 vray unit = 1 max unit = whatever you have your units set to

        Cheers,

I wrote a tutorial on this a while back but lost it while doing some back end work on my site - I'll get it up in the next while and let you know.
