Hi all,
I normally link DWG into my scene, which works great when I need to update my geometry from a new DWG.
However, recently I had to "merge" a lot, in order to "recover" MAX files which would render very slowly.
This creates scene files with my "layers" objects, but the link file manager shows no DWG file linked... Even though the objects originaly linked from a dwg file still read "linked geometry" and there is the "restore position" button available.
Is there any way to restore the link with the dwg file?
Any other workaround to keep my DWG linked AND my scene file renderable (that is, performing a MERGE, or something else....).
thank you
regards
gio
