We too redesigned our website recently. Just before Christmas, with a lot of blood, sweat, and tears, I launched www.KAADesignGroup.com.
We are a multidisciplinary design firm and previously our website didn't reflect that. Most of the website was devoted to architecture, landscape design was a tiny fraction hidden in the architecture portfolio, graphics had its own out-of-date and complete unrelated site, and interiors had nothing whatsoever. The new site brings all four disciplines up to the same level of prominence. A neat thing about the site is that its all running off a content management system, so that at any point the marketing people can change out content, create new sections, etc, all without consulting the web development team (me). Any changes that happen are automatically reflected in both the HTML and Flash versions of the site without any extra work.
