    Hi!

    My bump maps is not showing when rendered, i think it maybe is the lightcache on the second bounce that is the problem, but i tried to put it to qmc, and its gone there also. I never had this problem before 1.47.03.

    Also i trie to displace a carpet, and i get a very dirty carpet, anybody got a workaround for this? also using 1st. irradeance 2nd. lightcache on this one. anyone?

    I think I can remember that in the Vray's doc Vlado says that Lightcache doent work with bump maps.

      ahh.. on the second pass also?.. have to go trough the lightcache in the docs. .

        The light cache does not work very well with bump maps. says the manual...
        anybody got a fix for the dirty displacement then?

            Try playing with the resolution parameter in the 2d mapping options.

            This helped for us, we set it to 100 to get clean displacement.

              Fixed it! it was to low irradeance map settings....
