saving settings

Can this not be done? I tried saving under the "system" drop-down. I highlighted all the possibilities and saved. After changing settings, I tried to reload my original settings...but nothing happened.

It works for me.. did two presets, and is able to change between them no prob. When you load a preset don't expect the dialog to close by itself. Even though it seems like nothing is happening, no acknowledgement of your action it should load/save just fine.
