        nope. you dont have it.
        as for turning it 180 degrees.....why?

          For the same reason you would rotate a hdri or any other texture I suppose?

              well if you want to rotate it around the z axis...then you just have to rotate your sun node. If you mean rotating it around x or y then i assume you cant.

              Only mehtod i'd have in mind would be rendering a spherical HDRI and using the map :P

                rotate the sky 180deg

                Probabaly easier to turn your camera upside down and then rotate your geometry.. hahaha

                  I have to create a kind of under/Overwaterworld
                  and it would be very nice to use the Vray Sky for illumination/Background,
                  but turned.

                  to turn the sun doesn't help, even not to use it in domelight.

                    definitely render an HDR panorama and stick it as a BG then.
