    Do additional licences give you 10 more cpu's per licence ? Also, are
    they discounted from the original price ? I am just curious.

    discounted - probably no
    well its not 10 cpus, but rather 10 nodes. This is due to windows connection limit of 10 nodes by default. But yes, if for example you get second license then another person who is using vray can also use 10 nodes.
    but, if you expect to have say 2 licenses and 20 nodes at render time then no. This has been discussed before.

        what if you run vray on something like advanced server. im pretty sure you can DR with all 20 nodes

          Actully yes... but there is a point where you loose the advantage since you spend more time jamming up the network then actually rendering.

            i saw a preview of some tool a while back, dr for render man...it did 256 cpu's at render time... thats cool.
