recently I received an email from romandiaz :
he is telling that name of the provider is "CARLOS GUTTIERREZ FROM ARGENTINA"
also someone named "HERNAN JARAMILLO" from 3eyegroup contacted me.
I dont know whose these people are or if these names are real.
but I told that I expect expect 3eyegroup to put may image with MY signature and a note telling that "this image belongs to elif serencioglu and it has been published on our website without her permision and knowledge" and I want them to keep it there at least one month on a clearly visible place on their web.

I did that at the last Ad agency I worked for, pinhead client took my design and got someone else to duplicate it exactly and have it printed. I found out about it, took a photo of my work and the one they did and being 99.99% the same I sent an invoice and a letter from my lawyer. In the end we did get paid for it as they didnt want the bad publicity from it.

Good for you Giraffe! I agree you should send them an invoice for a licensing fee; they have used it after all and it may well have contributed to them getting work.

We, as artists, need to be vigilant against those that would take advantage of us and get paid what we deserve for the hard work we put in creating these assets. It helps to have a community such as this one where we can look out for each other and go after those that cheat and lie.
