  • Light Cache & VRayLightMtl

Hello, I've a scene with only VRayLightMtl illuminating objects (neon cylinders),
and Light Cache seem to be not able to manage this kind of material (totally black...).

Instead, using Irr Map & Quasi-Monte Carlo the image is right.

The problem is that I need to use LC, because of a lot of glossy reflections...

    Does somebody have any suggestions?

    Thank-you a lot!

      Thank-you Morbid Angel,
      I've just solved it.
I've simply increased the LC samples (from 250 to 1000) and now it work.

Also keep in mind that you may need high Hpsh. if IR is used.
If your scene doesn't need any high GI detail, you can also run just a LC render (1st and 2nd), with a higher subdiv. value.
