If you use LWF but leave the colormapping at linear 1.0 1.0 and use the SRGB button of vray frame buffer instead, when u duplicate the window to a max window, it displays the image correctly and not double corrected and therefore washed out.
So, just to see the duplicate frame buffer I have to change the color mapping from Gamma Correction to Linear ? It works but seems strange.
Thanks

Keep in mind that if you do that, you image wont be gamma corrected straight from render, so if you save and open the image in photoshop, it will look darker and u will have to compensate the gamma by applying a 2.2 gamma correction in post. In fact, there's no need to use gamma correction color mapping anymore, the SRGB button looks much more convenient to me and less cumbersome than the old curve correction method...
I have reverted back to using Gamma Correction so, cannot make a duplicate of the frame buffer. This is a real pain because I use the duplicate function alot to compare images when developing a project.
