should i do a very quick tutorial that gives a little teaser intro to nuke?
I vote for a VRay passes to Nuke brief teaser, i guess that's what most of users would use. Ive been reading the documentation and it mentions the OpenEXR workflow would be great to composite beauty, keylight, secondary light, etc, passes, but havent found a way to do it yet from a single EXR file.
Anyway, just an idea!
great! I have been wanting to learn more Nuke at home, now I can! Thanks for the link Throb!
(edit) oh, bummer, that noise pattern over the image is a little distracting, and so is the lack of saving (more importantly, AUTOBACK! haha!) Kinda hard to learn the real indepth stuff with out saving (or recovering from a crash!) Either way, glad to have it at home now as well.
I'd be glad to learn to use the depth and the velocity channel inside nuke, to see if is possible to have good dof and mblur in post... actually you can't get such effects in a good way with combustion through rpf.
I tried to use a defocus operator with the exr own depth channel as mask, but it's not good as expected, and I can't find any help/tutorial about this
