delayed dongles?...

hi all
have people in the U.K received their dongles ?
i ve put a request straight away in august but havent received anything yet.
i m a bit reluctant to use the temp licence as it would mean reinstalling 1.5 on all the machines when the dongles arrive ( is that the case ?)
