Liscencing on a network??

Hi,

Our office has purchased 2 copies of Vray and would like to be able to share it throughout the office. How can we do that. We would like to put the liscences on the network server and path all the computers to that liscence. Any help would be appreciated. Also is it possible to run the Vray liscence utility as a service so we wouldn't need to go into the network server to restart it each time the server turn off and on?

i just keep my liscence util in my startup area of my programs list. make sure all your max versions point to the ip of the server. then thats all you need to do
