need to move licenses

Hi currently own two vray licenses that are both registered to seperate machines. We are moving to a new office soon and consolidating our vray licenses onto a single license server that will handle the various licences. This machine will be the same "box" as one of the other license servers but we will be adding some additional harddrives and a new NIC, etc so I think it will need a new registration. I was hoping to just wait until the dongles were out but this needs to happen soon so I wanted to ask if there was a way we can do this that will minimize our down time to no more than a day hopefully. Great thank you. One other quesetion. I am going to add atleast one more license, maybe two at the time of transfer. Can I do this directly through you guys when I am ready to move the licenses over (provide Creadit Card #) or do I need to go through my reseller prior to the transfer request? Thanks again.
