VRay Physical camera

Is there a way to use the VRay physical camera when using the camera match tools in MAX?

I wouldn't say so - match a max camera to the view, turn it into a perspective view, then match the vray camera to that - you'll probably need to do a tiny bit of manual adjustment though, I think lele may have written a script that does this however.
