  • Overbright Darksim procedural texture

    I am using the SimbiontMAX plugin to create parking and asphalt textures for my scene but I keep getting material returned overbright error? Can I use a VRAY wrapper or somthing to fix this?

    you can render the texture to an 8bit per channell bitmap, and see if it fixes the issue...

      That would be great if MAX9 would stop crashing when I try to do that...

        maybe it's got to be done from within darktree.
        Open up the shader and send to the renderer in channels.

          Stupid question, but is the material overbright warning, definitly coming from that material?
