Animation using single frame method

Hello to all...

So far my animations were quite simple flythroughs... however this time i have moving object (car) involved in the scene...

My question is: is it possible (and tested by any of you) to render animation without splotches and artifacts using single frame rendering method?

I've already made DR setup and single frame time is acceptable - the only thing that bothers me will frames using this method be artifact-free?

(IR settings are preset - High - Animation).
