  • smooth mesh

I am working on this project and I have a question about my landscape. Not really a vray question, but I am sure you guys can help. The first image is the drive side. I used a loft and shapemerge for the drive. How do I smooth out the landscape so it isn't so jagged? I also used PolyBoost, which again I would like to smooth. I did apply a mesh smooth, but it didn't really help. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

give all faces the same smoothing group? but seriously, i think your terrain looks great. Im assuming its supposed to be all smooth, but there's some unintended sloping and such that makes it look better anyways. Also, Im going to assume that once you put textures on the terrain, itll be alot harder to see that its not perfectly smooth.

      Smooth group

I think a vraydisplacementmod would hide some, but maybe not. I will try the smooth group like you suggested.
