I like the ones that will work without activeX.

I prefer it to work in both firefox And IE6+
Most people here use Explorer, although most of us in the design dept use firefox.
But when we give these things away, god forbid someone actually tries to view it on a mac it'd be nice.

Although, we care more about the quality of the presentation than the ability to show it directly on the web. In which case we usually screw mac users because we give them EXE's. I only know two people who even Have a mac in all the thousands of people who work here though.

Those with Quest3d experience: I have looked at the app, and I think I can deal with the geometry, but how does one script an interactive camera with collision detection (and maybe gravity?)

Anyone have experience with Quake 4 level editor for arch viz?

there is a walk trough scene template, you can just drag and drop that in your scene and replace the collision objects with yours. the cam has gravity by default, but you can change that to 0 example so you can fly trough your scene.
Sorry, I was away last week. Thanks for the info Joost Ink. I tried the Quest3d demo about 2 years ago, but maybe they didn't have an archviz template yet. That's exactly what I need to make it work for me. I may have to buy that package. Cheers.
