I'm brand new to combustion so please bear with me.
When i create an rpf file and a combustion workspace from a max file useing the scanline renderer i get sensible results. i can see all elements when i open up the combution workspace that i created from the scanline rendering and i can work on them with predictable results.
Using vray and doing the same, i get all the elements but they are not integrated. they just sit on top of each other as opaque things, hiding the elements beneath them. I do not get a finished picture like i get using scanline.
So... i have to conclude i am doing something wrong getting the vray results into combustion (i hope...please tell me vray works with combustion). Is there a tutorial or explanation for getting vray render elements correctly into combustion?
thanks,
mh
