render elements (using materials)

hi all i have question:
i have 10 objects (in GROUP) how render with render elements ? but i want this result: PNG FILE only with material (roof- for example) + alpha chanel black/white file (PNG)?

yes i trying this before post, but when i choise save file *.png after rendering i have not this file -

Use the VRay Frame Buffer rollout, and save from the <Split separate channels> - (bottom line).
