  • spots in V-ray frame buffer with LC

I am using Lc + Irr map calculations with simple scene and this is what I see with Vray frame buffer.

After saving an image, it is correct, wihout any spots and artifacts.
    Any explanation on this?

Thax, can it be understanded like these are the values that are being corrected by vray, because of 255 color value?

Indeed, though it's actually 256*256*256 (256³). That's 16.777.216 possible colors. But the render output has waaay more colors then that and since the computer monitor can only display 16.7 million of them the rest has to be suppressed.

There is a small button on the bottom of the VFB to turn clamping on and off for the displayed colors.
