Like a RPC proxy

I have several different chair styles that i need to disperse around an office plan. There are several hundred workstations.......

is there something similar to RPC proxy that I can use to scatter, move and rotate.....

I guess Im looking for something exactly like the RPC Proxies......but where I can use whatever defined objects I want.....

ps. i downloaded and looked at that "scatter" plugin where it even asks you about scatter objects, emitter object...... even gives weights to each scatter object..... it kept crashing on me during tests of objects.. i did get it to work with a mesh, moved the points around (essentially where the chairs go) and it works but alot of work to get it done.... which it had more of a simple proxy type deal.

The blur script pack has a great script for randomizing the transformations of objects. I use it in conjunction with scatter or array for placing objects quite frequently.

though truthfully i have problems with that script sometimes, so heres an edited one of the RPC-spray script from ages ago that will spread random objects.

its far from clean, but works for most cases of annoying copying
