VRay Sun, Phys Camera and a HDR background

Hi,

I am trying to learn more about using the VRay sun and physical camera and would like to know if its possible using these two to also use a HDRI background image or would that be an incorrect approach.

However if its an option, in which slot should i place the HDRI image. At present I have the VRay Sky in Max Enviromental slot and well as in the VRay enviromantal slots.

I would like the HDRI image to be visible in the final rendering.

Sky in GI slot, HDRI in reflection/max slot.

Note that with a physcam you may need to boost the hdri output a few times for it to be visible (and not pure black), due to the physcam exposure.

Just to make 100% sure, I take it that you would suggested using the VRayHDRI and not Max?

The VRay one has a few more options that cater for different HDRI creation parameters (like the cubeMap and so on).
Anyways, i am merely the one with the most free time on my hands
