1.5 , backburner and DR

I have read the 1.5 licensing, but this is just to confirm my understanding of the new system,

i can DR and back burn using single vray 1.5 license right?

...so would it be possible to have 10 quad nodes as slaves and then in DR get 40 extra buckets to help rendering on a single image?

yup it would. for each additional license you get 10 additional DR slaves. they are not bound to the puter using the license so there IS a possbility to add more the 10 DR slaves.

if you need more the 10 DR slaves, contact vlado, cause there are a LOT of issues involved (and quite a lot of non-vray related, like forget about the whole thing if you're on XP as XP doesnt allow more then 10 concurrent network connections).
