There are currently no plans to widely support a software license for the final version of V-Ray 1.5; for exceptional cases, we do have a software system in place, but it is different than the currently existing one.

Same here. I sent my initial dongle requet about a year ago using the form in the personal support area, but I never received it.
Now, a week ago, I sent an email asking for clarification, but haven't received any answer yet.
