import rgb's and vel. in ae set vel. to invisible and say Reelsmart MB "get motion from" vel. layer.

but doesn't work too good imo...

I think vrays velocity outputs a motion vector read by nuke. It is not a motion vector which is accepted by RSMB.

indeed. I hope this will be implemented. For now, if you dont have a complex scene, ie vray proxies, displacements, you can generate the correct MV from mr and use those.

            I hope too...

But how to make a MV with mr ( La maison shader ???)... and when you use vrayphysical cam... ???

Are you working with AFX at Zoic ?

we are not. But RSMB is ported to many comp packedges, shake, combustion etc...
If you are using physical cam, unless you are using some special settings, I think you can reproduce it with usual camera and render that.

The velocity channel output by V-Ray was designed to be as close to the one output by the scanline renderer. I wouldn't know how that relates to RSMB though; I suppose I'll have to take a look at it.

So this worked fine in my quick two tests that I did; see this thread for more explanations:

On the contrary, it looks to work fine... again, see the thread in the link above.

                        Best regards,
