great tool.... is there a way to get this onto a toolbar with the other render buttons so that everytime I open max, you don't have to load it through the maxscript listener?

Thanks for the update. The dialogue box definitely opens in Max 8 now.

Question: Is it supposed to render when I L-click the Render Preview button? If so, I am not getting anything to happen when I push that button.

Make sure you have VRay as renderer otherwise it doesn't do anything.

I don't have max 8 here but afaik I removed all max 9 functions so it should work just fine.

Vray is my default render.....the Render Preview button isn't doing anything in Max 8.

thanks for the great plugin. helping my workflow a lot.
preview renders that were 5 minutes went down to 40 seconds, and a render that was going to take over 30 miutes went down to 5 minutes- even with the displacement on.

Preview Render

I use this script daily, thanks. How do I add it to a pull down or menu?

customize ui and menus then just find it as you would for a hotkey.. and drag it to the menu of your choosing
