DR Slaves not at 100% CPU usage

I'm testing the new DR of vray 1.50

It's wonderful. Mixing 32 and 64 bits slaves, Slaves starting during rendering. I really enjoy it.

But I have a question:

When I render, the master workstation is @ 100% CPU usage: normal
but the slaves are "only" at 90 - 95 % no more.

There is a reason?

It depends on what they are doing; if the scene is rendering fast, it might be because of the network traffic (in this case increasing the bucket size might help), if there are displacement/proxies in the scene, it might be because of the dynamic memory overflowing, if they have less RAM it might because of disk swapping etc; if you do some experiments you will probably be able to identify the reason.
