I'm trying to create a prism effect as per the pic below

I studied s7en's article on dispersion mats - http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/elvis/dispersion.html - but apparently this doesn't work with RC3.
Also, I got further ideas from here http://www.chaosgroup.com/forum/phpB...ght=dispersion using the blend material - I used s7en's oroginal prism file http://www.chaosgroup.com/forum/phpB...ighlight=prism and changed the mat to the blend mat in the other topic, but everything is white and blown out when rendered. If I turn off additive mode, it looks better, though i can only see 1, or possibly 2 colours coming through the prism.
Any ideas what I can do to fix this? If I could just get s7en's original file to work as he had originally created it, that would be a good step in the right direction I'm sure.
Any help much appreciated, thanks.
