Am I dfoing somethign worng or it's normal that whan I have for example glass material with full transparency and behind it matte object I won't be able to see glass alpha in grey (transparent). It's always full white whatever I do with matte object alpha number (-1, 0, 1)

Matte objects appear as mattes only when seen directly through the camera or transparent (not refractive objects). In all other cases (GI, reflections, refractions) matte objects appear normal, so probably this is the case.
