Upgrade to Max 2008 and Vray 1.5

IS there anything I should be aware of if we upgrade to the new version of these programs? Can I still open up an old scene and render it the same way from RC3? etc..etc..I remember someone saying it asks you if you want to migrate or something. I just don't want to upgrade and then have to go backwards...etc...Thanx

If you use Backburner at all, uninstall the old version first; might not be an issue upgrading from Max 9. The installer doesn't bother to check which version is installed, I had 3.0.2, and then doesn't upgrade to the most recent version. I'm just glad that the version of Backburner shipping with Max 2008 doesn't have the annoying issue with our virus protection software.

Sometimes I'm convinced that Autodesk is trying to outdumb everyone with Backburner.
